First time to the Tipsy Chef Cafe and it did not disappoint. There was a little wait on a Sunday morning but we got in pretty quick. A nice atmosphere for a great brunch. We order the brunch board and the bubbles bottle. Plenty of delicious food to share and some to go! Travis our waiter was AWESOME!! He tended to everything we needed with a great smile and great service! 5 🌟 10/10 would recommend!

We chose this restaurant to celebrate our granddaughter’s first birthday because we were hoping for a great breakfast experience. Unfortunately, it was a disappointment. Our waitress was very kind and attentive, but the food simply wasn’t good. The eggs were dry, leathery, and chewy. The turkey sausage was severely overcooked—tough, chewy, and lacking any flavor or quality. The coffee was average at best, and the half-and-half we were given wasn’t very good. We also ordered what was advertised as real maple syrup for an additional $5. It came in a very small container, had a sour taste, and didn’t seem like authentic maple syrup. Overall, the meal felt more like something from a fast-food restaurant than a breakfast prepared with care. If you’re someone who truly enjoys good food and is looking for a quality breakfast, this probably isn’t the place.

I'm a local and can say this is easily my favorite bloody mary I've had in the area (you know it's gonna be good when they specifically ask you if you'd like it spicy). The salmon benedict was delicious as well and the service was great. I've lived here for years and can't believe I hadn't been in before... highly recommend this spot!

We had a vender bring our shop over 20 breakfast burritos for a company meeting and it was an instant hit. We will be using these guys in the future because the portions are generous the flavors are on point and they are open early enough to accommodate some construction workers who want to get a great meal and then get to work. I've been in the cafe itself and it is very clean and well lit the wait staff is excellent. While I was there to pick up our breakfast I observed two large groups of people one group was Idaho State Police who obviously are able to go anywhere and choose from any location but they chose the tipsy chef. The other group that was there was a group of retirees that I imagine are pretty particular about where they're going to spend their money. It's hard to find a good place to eat anymore that's consistent so judging by the people here the Tipsy Chef is doing it up right!

Really disappointed, especially since the menu highlighted the locally sourced Idaho food… The food was Dennys quality at premium prices. The servings weren’t especially large and the table advertised local businesses, so I’m very confused about the quality vs pricing. We also waited 20 minutes for a table so was thinking it’d be worth the wait. DO NOT order eggs benedict, my partner will eat almost anything and it wasn’t good enough for him to eat. The special (Jalapeño sausage and sweet potato hash with scrambled eggs) was well balanced flavor wise and was a good idea… the eggs were cooked perfectly and the jalapeño sausage was clearly nice meat and but the dish was dry and too simple for the price. Some redeeming qualities include: 1. Clean bathrooms 2. Decent coffee, the iced tiramisu latte was good and the coffee wasn’t bitter or burnt 3. The server was prompt and very nice.
