  Missing food, crushed items, no sauce packets, and they used about 3 cups of sour cream on the nachos. Under and on top of the chips. They handed out a big order shortly before we got our food and they were clearly frustrated about this and took it out on my order. I just wanted some decent tacos and diablo sauce man.

  I love Taco Bell, it has such an awesome feel whenever I go there, like it is bringing back to my childhood. The nostalgia of this place is fantastic. The bathrooms were surprisingly clean despite the rumors.

  I love taco bell but this place was not as good as others. The place itself is fairly nice. The bathrooms are clean and the employees move in an ordinary fashion but are kinda rude. Gave me the wrong order.

  I do occasional food delivery as a side gig and came in to grab an order today. This location always seems to be backed up and short staffed. I stood there for a minute or two waiting to catch someone's eye to be helped. There were two younger girls and a middle aged lady working, focused on drive thru orders. I watched the lady making food accidently bump a bunch of sauce packets onto the floor. She then goes to scoop them up with both hands. Gloves on. Then proceeds to continue making tacos WITH THE SAME GLOVES ON. Just keep that in mind the next time you think taco bell is a good idea. 🫣 This is the Eagle/Overland location, by the way.

  Ordered from the app as I got in line. Proceeded to wait 18 min and only moved up 3 car lengths. Nothing like being hostage in a drive thru lane because you ordered on the app. No apologies or explanation from staff. Time to order from getting in line to receiving the order: 29 MIN!! DO BETTER TACO BELL.
