  the guy on night shift literally hates his job, he’s so rude and when you order he will literally say “omfg” under his breath and answer with breathy responses. nothing but sighs coming out of him. i understand it’s night time, but as someone who also works night shift and comes to sonic as a little pick me up every now and then, this is anything BUT. please get this guy on a different schedule if it is such a BIG DEAL i got a sonic blast. keep in mind this has happened for like a year every time i went to sonic.

  Ordered two delicious Diet Coke’s today through the App. Arrived and they said they were out of Diet Coke. Not sure how you run out of Diet Coke but I understand. The weird part is that they offer no refunds if you pay through the App. The money isn’t a big deal, but I’d suggest that if you’re going to have an app that takes payments, you’ve got to plan for the worst to retain customer satisfaction (the worst being that you’ve run out of Diet Coke). Either a refund or a credit through the app makes logical sense directly from the local store. Don’t make me call customer service. That’s crazy talk and an easy way to lose business. It’s not that difficult to have a process where a coupon is generated at the restaurant and redeemable through the App. That way you retain me as a customer.
