  I came in a few weeks ago to pick up my carry out order. 2 large pizzas and a two liter total of $32.84. Pizza was fantastic but I asked for some crushed peppers and was told there is a charge. I did not have my wallet on me so was unable to get peppers. After buying Pizza from you guys for over 20 years it may have just been enough to take my business elsewhere. There is a good book called Give'em the Pickle! that talks about these things that leadership should read.

  I guess I should have checked reviews first, this place has the worst reviews😳 Got the personal pan in the toy story theme, don't bother, nothing like what they advertise. Definitely not worth it 😞

  Unfortunately, I had a very disappointing experience here. My boys were excited about the Toy Story 5 pizza promotion, so I ordered five personal pizzas because the promotion showed different character boxes and my kids were hoping to get a variety of them. When we received our order, all of the boxes were Jessie. I know it may sound silly, but my boys were really hoping for the Woody and Alien boxes. I went inside and politely asked if it was possible to swap one or two boxes. One employee told me they only had Jessie boxes, but I could clearly see a Woody box nearby. I pointed it out and even offered to pay for the box if necessary since my youngest especially loves Woody. At that point, another employee, who I believe may have been a manager, called out asking what the issue was. After hearing the situation, his response was, “You get what you get.” I again asked if I could simply pay for the boxes, and he told me no. It wasn’t the fact that I couldn’t get the boxes that bothered me. It was how rude and dismissive the interaction felt. We were talking about children’s Toy Story pizza boxes, and I was being polite and willing to pay. The whole exchange felt surprisingly hostile for such a simple request. Based on this experience, I won’t be returning. Looking through other reviews, it seems customer service may be a recurring issue at this location.

  Ordered a pizza at 5:20 pm and chose a time in advance, 6:30 pm, and the pizza arrives after 7 pm. This is why I'm not ordering from Papa John's anymore. They really should have their own drivers, doordash is a poor substitute for company drivers. This is the 2nd time I've had to microwave the pizza because it's almost cold when it gets here.
