  For the first time , my food was hot brought to me in a timely manner and look just like it does in pictures.The staff is very friendly and will come here again. There are a lot of locations that don't take pride in their food.I feel like my fast food order.Today was made with love.I know that sounds cheesy , but it's true.

  Waited 25 minutes for 2 happy meals only got half of the meals and 1 was not what I ordered. Terrible, and a last for us

  This is first hand, from my husband... The drive thru was closed down. The front doors were locked. This was at 9:30. I knocked on the doors until someone let me in. The manager was behind the counter, on the phone. I asked if they were open, and with disgust she asked who let me in. And I said, are you closed? And then she must have been told by someone that they were open. Not sure. They went to the back and grabbed my food. And when I was waiting I heard the manager talking to the employees telling one of them they should have just told me that there system was still down because she wanted to go home. Repeating herself 3 times saying, "I just want to go home." She threw my bag on the counter and walked off. Absolutely unprofessional. Throwing a childish tantrum because she apparently can't do her job. She wanted to go home. That's the problem with people today. No one wants to work for a living. I would be embarrassed if I were her district manager. My food is hard and cold. All of the fryers were turned off and grills were cleaned. She thought she was going to actually be able to get away with her crap. This was absolutely appalling.

  My biggest complaint is that they didn't have hash browns ready and we had to park for 5 to 10 minutes to wait for them to have hash browns ready. I used to work in fast food, and I feel like hash browns should be something that they should be constantly cooking and you shouldn't have to wait for them. But, McDonald's has lately short-staffed all of its establishments and replaced workers with computers, forcing each person to do more than one job, and for that I almost regret spending my money at such a place. The guy who came out to our car and delivered our food was especially nice, older gentleman probably in his '70s. My guess is it's only him and one or two other people running that whole place. But the food was good. Better than any McDonald's in Los Angeles, that's for sure.
