Sign on the door says closed for maintenance, fair enough, but maybe update the store hours online or on your app so folks dont waste money on gas they could have spent on donuts at a different time or establishment.

When my order never arrived I spent about 10 minutes trying to call the store, finally got through and talked to Bailey who couldn’t care less to help me and genuinely seemed irritated having to do her job. She told me I would have to contact door dash as that’s who does their deliveries, we have no contact or order thru door dash so basically there’s no way for us to contact who delivered our order.. she then basically said it was out of their hands and offered a free dozen if we stop in… once I just asked for a refund is when she seemed even more irritated. Why would we be able to place order thru Kristy Kreme app and have no way to contact door dasher???
