I came to the Krispy Kreme in meridian by the village this morning and the service was great but the donuts were not so great, I got a 24count of original glazed and they were good at first until I noticed that they were not cooked fully, like whole clumps of dough were in the middle of them! I planned on giving them to my family and had 1 in the car on the way there but that 1 I had was just dough, so I split another in half and it was also dough. I didn’t want to give my family a box of doughy donuts so I tossed them but I would really appreciate a refund considering the fact I had to toss them.
Crispy cream has done a 180.
They used to have free samples....It was a great experience.I always spent twenty to thirty dollars.
Now I go in to buy two large donuts, and they look like micro *DoNots*. It's just disgusting, shrinkflation is alive and well at Krispy Kream.

Dry, old, and tasteless donut holes. We live in Nampa and our daughter works in Meridian. She surprised us with a variety pack of donut holes and we were very disappointed. Almost $9.00 and unable to return them due to the drive.

I had such a positive experience at Krispy Kreme today, and I wanted to specifically recognize Talon for his outstanding customer service.
I came in with my two young boys during a bit of a hectic moment, and Talon immediately set a calm, welcoming tone. He was patient, attentive, and genuinely kind—not just in taking our order, but in the way he interacted with my kids and made them feel included and excited.
It’s rare to encounter someone who carries themselves with that level of professionalism and warmth, especially during what I’m sure are busy shifts. His attitude completely shifted the energy of our visit and turned what could have been a stressful stop into a really memorable one.
Talon represents your brand exceptionally well. Thank you for hiring people like him—it truly makes a difference.

We pre-ordered 32 mini donuts, 2 raspberry glazed donuts, 2 premium raspberry cheesecake donuts, and 2 glazed donuts on March 31, 2026, with an intended pickup date of 4/2/2026. We had hoped enough time was given for an accurate order.
Upon arriving on the scheduled pickup date of 4/2/2026, we were met with, "I'm sorry, we are out of the premium raspberry cheesecake donut; apparently, they had already sold out." Then we found out they were also already sold out of the mini donuts. I was then informed they only receive the pre-orders 15 minutes before pickup.
I asked what good a pre-order was, and they said there was no purpose to them; basically, they only have what hasn't already sold on the day. The only pre-orders that they ensure they have made are large pre-orders. So, unless you are a large corporate event or need thousands of donuts, I would highly recommend avoiding this place and placing your pre-order with another company unless you don't care what donuts you will be receiving.
