I made an online order for pickup. After 30 minutes it had not stated my order was ready but I drove into the drive-thru and my order had been sitting on the shelf. I paid for extra cheese on my sandwich also asked for extra cucumbers did not get either plus my whole sandwich tasted like hand sanitizer or some sort of cleaner. My brother's sandwich also tasted like some sort of cleaner or hand sanitizer. Who serves a sandwich like that? C'mon guys 😮💨 not the first time my order has been messed up here.

our plant is less than a mile away off 10 mile and the delivery took 43 minutes. i ordered at 11:55 and didnt receive my food until 12:42. missing my 30 min lunch.

I've been to this location several times, and every time the people working have acted like they had no idea what they were doing. I love Jimmy John's but this is the worst location I've been to.

Placed an online order and picked up through drive thru. Both sandwiches were Incorrect- not at all as ordered clearly online, missing cheese (which paid extra for), one has only one tiny slice of turkey (def not a full portion as I have had jimmy jobns many times but never this location). Missing chips. Both drinks were wrong and the soda was so flat we had no idea what it was. Called to ask for a refund and was told I had to bring the sandwiches and drinks in to prove my claims. I was not going to go back and take more time out of my day, nor could I as they were brought to my kids schools. The GM said it was corporate policy to not give refunds. I said that could not possibly be true and that he was making the choice to not refund. After many long pauses that made me wonder if he was still there I said this is a waste of my time, you are obviously not interested in making this right. He then said he would give me store credit, available at only that location, for only one sandwich only (my total bill was $25 between Drinks, sandwiches, chips). I informed him I have zero interest in store credit given my experience with the horrible food and subsequent condescending interaction and refusal to right a wrong. Why would I go back at this point?
I looked up refund policy on the jimmy Johns corporate website after hanging up- what he said was absolutely not true based on reviewing the corporate rules of jimmy johns. Refunds are up to the franchisee.
Needless to say the extremely low rating on this location is there for a reason and I will drive well out of my way to avoid this location. Probably the worst service, conversation with a GM who obviously has zero idea what he is doing, and overall experience I have EVER HAD. The owner is going to go under so fast with this type of mentality and management.
