  The amount of Tuna on the tuna sandwich was so pathetic and embarrassing for everyone involved. Especially the brand. The Turkey Sandwich also literally had one piece of turkey on it. I will never be back. No one should go here. They are as cheap as they come. Just stealing your money. 0 stars. Note the basic and generic robot like reply below by the owner. The bottom line is since they were bought out, they are cutting costs and maximizing profit. Basically milking the brand into the ground. Whoever this owner is, picked the wrong brand to franchise. We need to stop giving them our money. They are literally abusing consumers. Just stop going. It’s the only power we have. I’ve been going to and loving Jimmy John’s since I was five years old in Chicago. It was a staple of my childhood. Something that brought joy. What it has become makes me sad.

  I wanted a sandwich. Jimmy John’s was nearby. Fate made the decision for me. Thanks for being there in my time of need.

  The last 2 time Ive eaten from this location I have gotten sick. the employees are super nice so I’m not doing this to be rude. I just don’t get why when I eat from here I get sick but when I go to a different location I’m fine.

  Placed an order online, after 30 minutes it was marked delivered. After giving them 10 more minutes i called the store and a young man told me his driver had marked it delivered but returned to the store with it. Then he said he driver just left and was on his way. Here we are 30 minutes after that conversation and 1 hour and ten minutes after placing the order still no order delivered. Horrible service!
