- VKVicki Kissinger4 days ago3.0Picked up a drive thru order yesterday after placing it online 20 minutes prior to arriving and still had to wait for it even with 5 cars in front of me. Then after driving 7 miles to my destination before opening it for lunch, my sandwich was not what I ordered. I was given an Original Pepe (ham and cheese) but I ordered a Favorite Billy Club (roast beef, ham and cheese). And my order ticket taped to the box clearly showed I had ordered the Billy Club - which is what I paid for. There is a price difference. Don't understand how they could get it wrong when they told me they were still making it when I arrived to pick it up. Very disappointed. I would hope the store would give me a credit or refund to the account it was paid.
