  The woman working the drive thru window is completely covered in dog or cat hair. Absolutely unacceptable in a food establishment. Im sure that hair is in everyone's food today. I hope management addresses this immediately.

  i ordered a french bread italian sub from jimmy johns, without a bev and when i looked inside it had no suace just lettuce and purple soggy roast beef. i will be moving to arbys or subway or maybe even panda express

  I went here for lunch, I asked to add mustard to my sandwich and asked that it be put on the same side of the bread as the Mayo and they straight up told me no. What? What do you mean no? I’m paying for a sandwich and you’re telling me I can’t have it made the way I want to eat it? Jimmy John’s this is ridiculous.

  Ordered food for delivery. They sent it through Uber and they drove ALL OVER MERIDIAN for an hour before getting here which is two minutes away from jimmy John's. Nice. Reply to owner reply. Thank you. I hope this escalates to get back where it was, this change to using Uber was a bad move. It wasn't the end of my world but it makes people think twice about ordering food which is bad for business.

  Boy did I mess up. I ordered the ultimate Italian sandwich. Saw them toast it and had to stop them. I didn't want a toasted sandwich. So they made me a different Italian sandwich that doesn't come toasted. I looked at the board again and.... yep... right there at the top it says TOASTED SANDWICHES. So I say... I'm old, my eyes aren't working, there was a glare on the menu board. Choose one or more then one cause I fit that right now. They were very nice about it and I got the sandwich I remember from years ago from jimmy johns. Thank you guys for the help.
