    I’m kind of a sandwich snob so I’d say it was a 4 out of 5 but giving it a 5 because the atmosphere and staff was super nice. Got a French dip sando and it was 4/5. Yet I’ve had some GOOD French dip sandos in the past. Wish the horseradish was spicier but it’s more of a cream vs actual horseradish.

    Conflicted experience. This would be the first time I've had a bad one, but wasn't bad entirely though. When my sandwich was ready, if there was a name called, it couldn't be heard by the very very soft spoken young lady pushing them out, especially with the music and people talking in the store. The bad part for me is as I was standing there, my sandwich was pushed around and aside 3x by the same young lady with 0 follow up as to why no one had claimed it yet. Wasn't until another member came over and assisted yhat he inquired himself and followed up. This was roughly 8-10 minutes of of it sitting there before he did that. He went to speak with (I'm assuming) a manager, but since I live about an hour away, I needed to get going as I had already been delayed for a faulty fuel pump issue. Sandwiches there are good but when ordering the full size, seems weird to me to cut it into 3rds and not just in half. The lead who took my order smiled and was very professional. My stars reflect all of my experiences here, not just this one though out of fairness.

    Big fans of The Earl. We were surprised to see it as we drove into town. We stopped and got the Chicken Chipotle and Hawaiian BBQ. It was as good as we remembered. We don't usually eat lunch at gas stations but we would do it again and again if we lived closer. I gave 3 stars for the atmosphere only because it's a gas station. Tables were available and it was very clean.

    this is my favorite sandwich place of all time, but what I have noticed is it’s very hit or miss sometimes I have the right amount of basil and the right amount of vinegar and other times. It looks like it does today.
