This is my normal Dutch Bros. I had been to 3 other locations in the past week due to my schedule and I had poor experiences at each one. My drinks were not made correctly and I didn't have time to go back. I went to my regular shop and told them about the other locations and drinks that were not up to par. The staff offered me a free large drink in order to make a mense for the other drinks. My drink was outstanding like usual and the staff had me try it before I left and offered to make a new one if I was not pleased.

Usually this Dutch bros is really good but this evening these 2 chicks taking me and my moms order where very rude and more focused on a male standing outside the dutch bros fixing his car… and the gave us all ice barely ANY drink and one of the drinks they gave us they didn’t even fill it up all the way.

Was having a bad day and went to go there with my friend. Card declined and instead of them just saying no they discounted it and were so sweet about it. Really not made me feel worse
