    I came through this weekend and initially had a decent experience.. I drove away and then noticed the drink i ordered was straight plain carbonated water.. I circled back and turned in off Fairview Avenue and hung an immediate R into what i thought was the drive thru line (the traffic set up here is less than ideal). The employee came over and abruptly let me know i had cut in line and to circle around to the back of the line.. I understood, no problem. The issue was the tone and attitude in which that message was delivered to me. Before circling around i simply said i'm just here to get a replacement drink (as i had already waited through this entire line previously). As i sat in the back of the line a replacement was quickly brought to me .. she suggested trying it to see if it "met my standards".. it still tasted like plain soda water.. I've had this drink a few times so i know what it's supposed to taste like.. unfortunately, it was still wrong but didn't feel like dealing with it any further so i just said thank you. Keep in mind all i ordered was a cherry lime myst it wasn't anything extraordinary.... then she goes "you can go ahead and exit the line now... giving me permission? lol"... I don't know, I understand a lot of dutch bros employees are younger but i felt like i was being treated like a child.. I left, trashed the drink and went about my day. A little additional training on the customer service side of things might be helpful..

    I had a fruit smoothie and it was excellent. Very good flavor. I can't remember what my passenger had, but she said it was really, really good.

    The crew at this location is AWESOME! Timmery and the morning crew make this such a fun experience to get my coffee (or my wife's) every morning! Fun side note: Adriana (Adri) spotted me in the Las Vegas airport and said hi! What great customer service (even remembered my order)...we were on the same flight on the way back to Boise!

    Absolutely my favorite place for coffee. Super quick and efficient. The staff are always very polite and helpful. I always look inside to check out cleanliness, and they always appear very clean. Good selection of drinks. I am a happy customer.

    Every dutch bros I have gone to has fantastic staff, great drinks and looks clean. This place was no exception absolutely friendly staff definitely recommend
