    I was in there this morning 11 AUGUST 2026 at the store off Meridian and E Calderwood Dr. The one thing that made me more upset was that the gentleman taking my order didn't even listen to me. I had asked for a white zombie with no whip cream. This part is on me, and I should have specified hot or cold I admit that but the fact that he didn't even ask if I wanted it hot or cold just ASSUMED I wanted it cold makes me more upset. It came out as an ICED WHITE ZOMB WITH WHIP CREAM. I sent it back and asked to have the whip cream removed. Another thing DON'T ask "Do you want to leave a tip?" I find that rude and unprofessional and I will be more inclined to not leave a tip. So, thank you for starting off my day on a bad note. P.S. The coffee is good, but the service was less than desirable and yes some of it is on me, but he has one job to do and from my experience this morning he is not good at it.

    Lived in Kuna 13 yrs now and finally got a Dutch and this is by far the nicest one, nice people and kids!!

    The staff at this location are awful. They always seem like they are trying to rush you or in a grumpy mood and when they get your order wrong they act like it’s your fault. I live closest to this location which is unfortunate for me. Every other one I go to I have great experiences!

    When the worker came up to my window all I got was hi with just such a rude attitude. He didn’t ask what I was drink then I asked about one of there limited time ones and he wasn’t even listening to me so I had to repeat it. When I got up to the window nobody asked how I was doing the worker didn’t even talk to me just handed me a straw and drink and didn’t even say have a good day I just drove off without being told anything. I was very disappointed in this experience
