    Usually have a good experience at dutch with friendly service but apparently today the red head who was taking orders outside was not having a good day. Asked about the bandana for dog day and she was very rude about telling me none were left. Then proceeded to order and after every drink I ordered she would say in a rude manner is that all as if I was inconveniencing her. She then ask for a tip and I told her she was not being very nice so I wasn't leaving her a tip and she said if I had a problem with it I could take it up with her manager, as I would still love to. Should probably not have a horrible attitude and work for dutch, it doesn't match the culture.

    I ordered on the app so that I could get to work on time. I had to switch lines due to issues with a customer ahead of me. The time was past the estimated time on the app. I went to the next line and the people working there didn’t check if my order was ready - she told me they would “bump it up” — the order had not even been made yet. What is the point in placing an order on the app? I had to leave without getting order due to time. The workers were just standing around outside. There is a problem at this particular site

    Probably the slowest Dutch Bros I have ever been to. Two drive thru lines, and all of the order takers are on one line. Employees standing around talking instead of getting cars through.
