  I'm a long time dutch bros customer and I come to this one whenever I'm in meridian for business. I never usually leave reviews but this was the WORST experience I've ever had. There was 5 employees in the shop all standing around talking while 1 made drinks. Since this has a double drive thru one line (the other side) was getting all their drinks made while we sat watching everyone else counting tips and standing around. We were the only customers in our line but by the time one of the other employees finally noticed and decided to make our drink the line had about 20 cars and after 25 mins of waiting for a simple cold brew we got our drink. Terrible work ethic and customer service, will not be coming back to this location again.

  I’m sure they will be expecting this one. I was happy to find Dutch Bros not too busy. In fact, when I pulled up, there was a single car in front of me that seemed to have been there for a bit, as a Dutch Bros employee was leaning out chatting with her. While this was going on, a guy with his dog came up to the window to get a pup cup. The female employee chatted with him for a bit, and then he left. I debated getting out of my car in the drive-through to order at the window, but I told myself to relax and be patient. A few minutes later, a customer walked over to pick up a couple of drinks she likely ordered online. The drinks were not already made, so the female employee crafted those. While this was going on, the male Dutch Bros employee continued chatting with the girl in the car in front of me. Finally, after making the two online drinks, the female Dutch Bros employee then made the girl in the car her single drink. It was well over 20 minutes of just sitting there stuck in line for two employees to make three drinks. I contemplated backing up to leave, but it’s not that easy, and then three cars pulled in behind me. Finally, the girl in the car pulled away. I just drove through but did stop to tell the girl how rude the situation felt. My 14-year-old son, who is always chill, was getting frustrated. I’m all about being social and appreciate chatting a bit too, but after sitting there for that length of time, they clearly didn’t care about my time or the lack of service I received. Or is that standard?

  The staff is always very friendly and speedy service. Prices are reasonable. Love Dutch Bros.

  Five people (Not)Working inside, Two working outside. Looked like a teen dance club inside. [O wait] yes I did for a small cuper Look if I wanted to wait that long for it I could go to the competition. Do your job, serve the customer, dance at home when nobody is looking or cares. I do hope senior management reads this.

  Our coffees were perfect and service at the window was great What was so maddening was the blonde girl taking our order was the rudest girl I have ever had take my order at any Dutch Bros. We were evidently interrupting her chat time with two cars in front of us and another employee. She couldn't wait to get back up there to continue talking. We were 6 cars back when this started and they continued their conversation even after the driver received her coffee at the window. There were now 5 cars behind us that had not had their order taken.
