- MPMe PaMay 12, 20261.0First time at this location today, I pulled up to the window and the lady that said "hi" greeted me like she didn't want to be there nor wanted me there. I brushed it off, I've never come across a Dutch employee like that. The young man who handed me my drink was a complete sweetheart, however they did mess up on the size and I mentioned that, he said "just keep that one, I'll go make a new one", as he turned around the lady (pink - "life is beautiful" shirt, working 5/12) comes storming back to the window telling me to give her the drink back. I don't really understand the rudeness/anger, even if you're having a bad day, doesn't make it ok....... If this is how she treats her coworkers as well - I'm sorry.

- OOOtto By OgraffeyApr 1, 20261.0Got here at 5:12am, it is now 5:32 and I'm still in line with 2 cars ahead of me. Line had 7 cars in it and nobody came out to take orders until I was 2 cars back. There were 3 workers inside. Not only that, I don't get credit for purchases if I don't have the app. I spend over 2k a year at this place and because I don't have the app I don't get an occasional free "medium only" flavored cup of water. I buy a LARGE flavored water everyday, and if I had the app I would get a free "medium only" cup of water with flavor in it. Phones can only hold so many apps. My phone is already struggling just to make phone calls.

We offer a free sticker, while supplies last, with every drink purchased on the first Wednesday of every month at all of our shops!
What is the difference between a shake and a freeze?
A Dutch Shake is our take on a classic shake. A Dutch Freeze® is a blended coffee drink!

We’ve decided to focus on what we do best - serving up awesome drinks, creating genuine connections at the window and giving back to our communities! That means we’re stepping away from offering DutchWear to our customers. You’ll still be able to buy coffee and drinkware on our website, which may occasionally offer a few surprises!
Can I buy stickers?
We’re not selling stickers anymore! Stop by your local shop the first Wednesday of every month for a Sticker Drop! You can now also earn App Stickers through the Dutch Bros app! Download to see which stickers are available to you!
Can I print a digital gift card and give it as a gift?
We recommend purchasing our IRL Gift Cards if you want to give something physical!
How do I earn points?
It’s easy! Collect 3 points for each dollar you spend at a shop, and there’s no limit to how many you can earn!
Can I still get points if I forgot my phone?
We hate when that happens! If you ever forget your phone, just give your broista your phone number, and you’ll earn the points. Unfortunately, we won't be able to issue points for past purchases unless you snag a receipt and email it to us.
Can I customize my drink?
Yes, our broistas are always happy to make any drink the way you’d like!
Can I place my drink order over the phone?
We aren’t able to take drink orders over the phone, but we’re excited to serve you! Don’t let our long lines fool you - we'll get your favorite drink to you as quickly as possible!
Can I apply more than once?
You can only apply once to each location! To follow up on an application, please swing by and check in with your local broistas!
Can I still customize my drink through Order Ahead?
We'd love to customize your drink the way you want, so you can definitely make your usual customizations when ordering ahead! If you have a particularly creative order, or enjoy a cold pour, we recommend ordering your drink at the shop so your broista can get it just right.
