    I usually go to this location if I want my coffee to be cared for more than usual, that ended today. It’s about 10 more minutes out of my at to get to and I got my hot coffee even though it’s July 5th and they handed it to me double cupped even though I never asked for it extra hot. So I did wait until I got home to try it so I wouldn’t burn my mouth. It wasn’t the right coffee at all so I drive back to that same location to reorder. Since I got my first cup, double cupped, I asked the runner if they can make sure it’s frothed and not boiled. I don’t prefer it when they put the pitcher of milk under the steamer and just leave it. I explained it to the blonde girl with glasses and a bob, and she was extremely sweet and made me feel heard. She explained that she wrote it in the notes and I get to the window to see this girl with brown hair, tshirt and shorts making my drank at the machine closes to the window. I notice that she just leave the pitcher of milk under the steamer and I tell them that’s not what I had asked for; that I didn’t want my milk to be boiled. As she speaks past the window girl with a cut off Dutch shirt, all she states is, “ we don’t boil our milk.” Either the window girl or the girl making my drink says anything else. I told the girl that was making my drink that I didn’t want that milk. She decided to ignore my request and just wash her utensils under the boiling water, really slow to make it seem like it was taking a little longer. When the window girl handed me my drink, all she said was, “here.” Those girls were so extremely rude. I worked for Dutch Bros a couple years back and it’s very disappointing knowing they hired individuals who can’t follow the iPad in front of them with the note written or just blatantly ignoring customers requests.

    Staff is truly amazing. No clock watchers there. When you drive you get taken care of. Even if it a few minutes uses before they open!
