    I’m a regular at this Dutch Bros and stop by several times a week after dropping my kids off at preschool. The employees here are usually incredibly kind, upbeat, and efficient, which is why I was so surprised by the experience I had this morning. The location was busier than usual, and there were two employees outside taking orders. I pulled in about fifth in line behind an orange car with a cute dog. The employee taking that car’s order seemed to lose track of who was next and proceeded to take the orders of every car behind me while I continued waiting. Meanwhile, another employee, a blonde girl with her hair in a ponytail, spent several minutes standing by the orange car petting the customer’s dog and chatting instead of helping move the line while her coworker was taking everyone else’s orders. It was frustrating to watch every car behind me get helped while I was overlooked. A third employee came outside and asked nearby cars if they had already been helped. I rolled down my window, smiled, and politely let her know that everyone behind me had been helped except for me. Instead of responding with something like, “I’m so sorry about that,” her response felt cold and defensive. She simply asked for my order. When I mentioned that I didn’t appreciate her attitude because I was only trying to explain what had happened, she told me she was just letting me know how I made her feel. At that point, I decided not to order and left without my coffee. I’m leaving this review because this isn’t the level of service I’ve come to expect from this Dutch Bros. Mistakes happen, and being skipped in line isn’t what upset me the most. What was disappointing was the lack of accountability, the defensive response, and watching one employee spend several minutes petting a dog while customers were waiting to be helped. I truly appreciate the staff who are normally here. They’re one of the reasons I keep coming back. I just hope this experience is addressed so it doesn’t happen to someone else.

    They are getting pricey so it's a special occasion thing now. 9 plus dollars for a medium coffee

    It’s starting to irritate me how all these drink/coffee places cut cost by filling my cup up completely full of ice. If I wanted a cup of ice I would ask for one. I am ordering a damn drink for a reason. I couldn’t even put my straw in the drink.
