  We stopped by this location to grab some ice cream for our kids and were helped by the friendliest employee I think I’ve ever encountered—anywhere. He even said “bless you” when he heard my husband sneeze through the drive-thru speaker! We were so impressed we actually drove back to the window just to get his name. He should seriously work for Disney with his customer service skills. Thank you, Trent!

  This is easily one of the worst customer service DQs in existence. We have stopped in here several times and there’s always a huge wait for just a couple of things. Last night we stopped in around 7 to grab some ice cream. We went inside and there were 5 people waiting on mobile order or DoorDash, a few kids ahead of us and one other gentleman in line. We stood and waited for 12 minutes without anyone ahead of us having their order taken, and only one door dasher got his items and left. The only girl working was doing lobby and mobile orders but she completely was ignoring anyone who came in to get in line. There was not one person sitting eating inside. Just a line waiting to be acknowledged. We left to go get in line at the drive thru but as we started to pull in, 2 cars jumped ahead and the line was out past the Stinker station entrance so we left. Went to Fanci Freeze a few minutes down the road instead and got our ice cream in under 5 minutes. We will not be returning to this DQ location, ever.

  Always getting my order wrong and always take forever even though there's only 1-2 other cars in line. This location needs to get it together

  A blizzard can really turn your day around. Was so good, I didnt even get a picture before I finished it to quickly.

  We placed an order on uber eats for pickup around 9:20, on uber, the app closes the store at 9:30. We got there around 9:30 to pick up our food and were denied service as they claimed they dont make any of the uber eats orders past 9:20. They then told us to cancel it on our end which sent us into a 45 minute long struggle of trying to cancel our order because they would not pick up the phone so uber support could verify that we needed our order canceled. We then tried calling the store ourselves and the person who answered was very sweet (the only nice person we talked to) and had to call the manager to get help to cancel the order on their end so we wouldnt be charged for our entire order even if we didnt have it. The manager said they were unable to do so. I have worked in food service before and I know that it is entirely possible to cancel the order on the stores end. We were promised that they would stay near the phone so we could recontact uber support to cancel our order so the store could verify. Once again they did not pick up the phone and sent it straight to voicemail. This was extremely frustrating and completely unacceptable customer service. Do better.
