  Very disappointed in my last two visits. Ordered on 6/10 and all three of my bowls had no beans. Recieved a reward for three free drinks, that I wont use. I was given "extra points" to make up for it. Used that today to get a bowl that was literally half full. Insane. $75 in the last two visits for disappointing dinners.

  Hello, I was in the restaurant today for some lunch around 2ish. Completely dead. I asked and ordered a chickn bowl. Nothing crazy. The young child behind the counter asked me twice what protein I wanted. I repeated "chicken". Again, not busy, me and 1 other guest. The child put half a spoon full of chicken in the bowl which I quickly asked to please have a little bit more. I'm not sure if I was asking to much or if the policy is such. But the child tossed a single piece of chicken bit in the bowl. Literally a single piece of chicken. In the type of world we live in today where prices across the board are going up and all of us are just trying to eek and grind our way to the "finish" line, asking for and receivinga little extra should be quick and easy. It takes no extra effort or energy to be polite and helpful. It cost nothing. The fact that it's a protein, I get it. 25+ years in hospitality for me. But wouldn't it have been easier so simply say "it cost extra"? I won't be back. Kind regards, Kendall Galloso-Richardson

  Was looking forward to a filling meal that I've had before, but instead I was given a sloppily made burrito that they couldn't have bothered wrapping in two tortillas. Didn't even look appealing to eat.

  We got two burritos & they were literally falling apart, not wrapped properly & covered in salsa. Can't hold it let alone attempt to eat it. It wasn't busy so I asked to have it rewrapped & they looked at me like I asked them to do literal rocket science. They offered me more tin foil instead. Saying they can't use another tortilla. Which is a lie as I've had them do it before at other Chipotle including this one. I got frustrated with the situation & said nevermind, throwing the pitiful excuse for food away & walked out. I get it if it's busy but it wasn't & it was a incredibly simple request. Never giving Chipotle another dime ever again. Disgusting, rude, & pathetic.

  So nice to see that Chipotle has come up with the new Diet Bowl. Too bad that it wasn't what was ordered. The employee actually shook some meat off the spoon before putting into the bowl. But made up for it by loading on the lettuce! WEAK and MID!
