  I remember when this location first opened the service and the quality and the cleanliness was great. But over the past couple of years that has all gone out the door I love how close this location is to my home but the service is terrible everyone who works here especially the manager has a terrible look on there face or attitude. This location almost everytime is fithly and gross and sometimes the food comes out cold or the guacamole is in chunks. I try to avoid going to this one I even drive all the way out the one on meridian road and overland because the quality and the cleanliness and service is way better.

  If I could give zero stars for service I would. They made me feel like an inconvenience for even walking in. I had to reach across the counter to even grab my food after paying. I was polite and still felt like i was saying thank you to a brick wall. I would understand if it was busy but I was the only one in here around the middle of the day. Every time I come here it's the same. Management sucks! If you want good food with a mood killer come to this Chipotle. Just bad!

  I had better interaction from a McDonald's kiosk. I have maybe eaten at Chipotle maybe x10. It feel like the episode of Seinfeld with the soup natzi. If this branch is being run this way. Just up a kiosk and get rid of the BS.

  I don’t usually order from this location, but this experience was unfortunately memorable for all the wrong reasons. The brown rice was so undercooked that it was hard and crunchy with almost every bite. I ordered both the chicken and steak, and while I finished the meal because I was hungry, I started feeling awful shortly afterward. I heard a rumble that could only mean 1 thing.. explosive diarrhea. Needs new training or something 😭

  I love chipotle so much, and I would go to this one all the time, but after giving it some time, I am never coming here again. This is one of the worst chipotles I’ve ever been to. Who I think is the manager, is very rude and rude to other employees who are very nice and friendly. (The other employees really are nice and they deserve none of the hate) I came with my friend one time and he asked for an extra side of corn since that’s free and the manager wouldn’t give it to him. He’s very aggressive and puts a ton of pressure on you when ordering. The food is also very hit or miss. I’ve gotten a quesadilla that wasn’t even cooked before and was basically on a raw tortilla. I’ve also had very fatty chicken and steak and rice with way too much lime and salt. And to top it off they are very skimpy with the portions. I’ve had experiences where they put protein in your bowl and then proceed to scoop some out because they put too much. What is this place. This chipotle is not for the people and doesn’t really care about how they treat their customers. Although this is my closest chipotle I will be taking my business elsewhere.
