  I come to this chipotle all the time and it is honestly one of the best in the valley. I’m always greeted when I come in, and the workers are always so kind! I’ve been to many chipotles and I love this one. I have no clue how this chipotle has any bad reviews. People need to realize that workers need to “pre-close” and get things closed up before close, and I’ve seen a couple reviews about that… like have you ever worked in the food service industry?😂😂. Anyways will for sure continue coming here.

  Worst experience I’ve had at Chipotle ever. I get to the store at 10:05 PM every single chair in the store is up and looks like they are closed. I peak my head in and ask “are you guys open?“ The short girl working the register says “no we’re closed… And looks at the time and says actually I guess not we’re still open“ as I proceeded to slowly walk forward another guy working the food part says “don’t you hate when a customer walks in right when you’re trying to close“ also they didn’t have any of the food that they were supposed to and were out of almost everything, the person making my dish was overly skimpy on every item in my bowl, the service was awful. No words were exchanged after I still came in with a smile and tried to confirm that they close at 11 PM. I understand people coming in late can be annoying, but just under an hour before you close I feel like you still have adequate time to serve someone well. Incredibly disappointed will not be going back to this location. It’s worth the 10 minute drive to the new location on Linder and Chinden. This is the 3rd time something like this has happened - whoever is in charge needs to fix something about how poorly this restaurant is run.

  love Chipotle, but I would not recommend this location at all. It's disappointing to see a restaurant with such a strong brand reputation being represented by this kind of management. The manager's behavior was completely unacceptable—he was rude, impatient, and spoke to customers in a disrespectful manner. Instead of creating a welcoming environment, he seemed frustrated, uninterested, and unwilling to provide even basic customer service. What was most concerning was how his attitude affected the entire atmosphere of the restaurant. You could feel the tension throughout the team, and it was clear that the negative leadership was impacting both employees and customers. Today's experience was extremely disappointing. Poor management leads to poor service, and unfortunately that's exactly what I encountered. Even though this is the closest Chipotle to me, I will not be returning. If you value being treated with respect as a customer, I would strongly recommend choosing a different location.

  I came today at 12:35 and I had a lot of orders and the manager got annoyed and proceeded to yell at me in a very aggressive way. It’s very disappointing that someone who leads by example has that attitude towards costumers. Someone needs to reconsider who’s in the management position and work in their costumer service. It’s a very disappointing experience.
