Everything’s uncovered, and it was all dried up I asked the guy to get some fresh stuff because I was ordering three burritos and three bowls he didn’t seem to care. I had to cancel my order and walk away. I could not even think about eating it.

The staff rush customers while they are trying to make their selections and also hurry people through checkout even when there is no line. Portions are consistently small, especially the meat. When you ask for a little more, they immediately say you need to order double meat and charge an extra $3.50. Employees are often rude, and many times they are out of basic ingredients like rice, meat, or guacamole. Chipotle management should really review what is happening at this location because the customer experience here is consistently disappointing.

I will say be careful with the beans, every once in a while I've got a dry bean and it will ruin the burrito for me. So as much as I love beans I pass on them now. The rest was great and the employees that helped me were polite.
