I tried ordering breakfast, but when I asked for sugar-free syrup for my coffee, the team member had no idea what that even was. After trying to explain it, I just gave up. Then, when I pulled up to the window, the staff were openly discussing my order, realized they had made the sandwich wrong, and asked if that was even what I wanted. At that point, I told them to just cancel the order and drove off. Completely disorganized and frustrating.

The old lady walked up to to a gentleman and told him that the meal she received wasn't hers. He turned around to me and asked if it was my meal. I have no idea what she touched or didn't touch and requested new fries. He seemed shocked that I would request such a thing. He did take my meal back to the kitchen and told me they were replacing my meal. The lady asked if I wanted a refill and them dumped a tray in the trash can and was nice enough to hold the lid open for another customer. Then she came to my table and grabbed my cup filled it and brought it back to me without ever changing her gloves or washing her hands. This place violates the food handles safty training in too many ways. They need new management that cares about food safty.
