I put on lots of weight during pregnancy, my self control was minimal. I’m currently breastfeeding so weight loss is rather challenging. Every time I cut my calories, milk supply drops. Makes sense. I’m currently maintaining a calorie deficit. On this particular Saturday, I chose to exceed my calories because I hadn’t eaten all day and I had “been good” for a while now. God forbid I treat myself… Anyways, I order my meal from what seems to be like a nice guy. And when we pull away, my daughter (who was sitting in the back seat) goes “He just called you a big back”. I go “what do you mean”? She says “He mouthed “she a big back” as you drove away”. I mean, the guy wasn’t wrong. I put on hella weight during my pregnancy and I’m still wearing it 4 months later. That’s why I’m not leaving a one star for service. He was rather nice when he was taking my order. He just insulted me a second too soon so my daughter saw and snitched. So really, do I thank the guy because I’ll be in the gym first thing Monday morning? Or do I chastise him for insulting a 4 month postpartum mom? Idk y’all decide.
