  Our server mak was awesome and always checking on our needs, we left her a generous tip. Food was amazing and the chocolate pie was even better !!! 2lbs of wings for 15 on Wednesday is a deal!

  I read reviews prior to ordering!! They were encouraging! But what I received was cold! Ribs looked like they were last nights left overs! Resembled beef jerky! They were thin n dry slathered in sauce…. Didn’t help…. Mac and cheese was tough! lol really eldente.. Seriously disappointed…. I threw it all in the trash!

  Unfortunately, this one is a dud. We gave it a try, and they messed up our order to go, but we give it a second try, dining in this time... the brisket smelled like it was rotten or had Windex on it or something, the barbecue beans were cold, like barely warmer than room temperature, and the potato wedges were like overly salted charcoaled potato foam or something. They have a "single meat" entrée, which I ordered with brisket. It's already $20, despite being a very small portion of sides and brisket, and then get the bill and there's an additional $2 brisket charge. When I asked about it I was informed that there is a $4.50 tri-tip charge. So what the heck is the point of having a meat entrée that doesn't include the meat until you pay extra? I guess if you get hotdog for your meat, then it's only $20? They don't even have real tea, just gold peak fountain fake "tea". The Carolina sauce is basically just a squirt tube of vinegar with some pepper at the bottom that you have to shake up. I really wanted to like this place, because it's close by and we love barbecue, but there is a 0% chance we will ever come back here again.

  Big Daddy’s BBQ in Meridian has been our go to restaurant for good food and great service. When we needed a caterer for my father’s Memorial Service, they were the first caterer we thought of. Kayla was easy and attentive to work with. She helped us create a menu that fed over 100 people. All of the food choices and sauces were delicious. They arrived an hour early at the Middleton Place Park to set up and even packaged the leftovers. Meat Choice: Pulled Pork , Chopped Chicken Thigh, Sliced Brisket, Smoked Chicken Wings, Side Choices: Coleslaw , BBQ Beans , Mac and Cheese w/bacon & w/out Potato rolls

  We had the opportunity to work with Jerry For catering a wedding. He was phenomenal! Excellent to communicate with, very responsive, prepared And knowledgeable, and he was a great team leader for his team on the day of as far as getting everything set up on time. Food was absolutely delicious and our guests loved all of the choices. We had pulled pork and brisket, mashed potatoes, green beans, macaroni, and cheese, and a salad. Our guests (170) went up and through the line All within 45 min. His team kept all the dishes full and all the food hot. They were so pleasant and so nice and so accommodating. I was thoroughly impressed with how well they did keeping all the dishesfull, keeping the line moving, And everything hot and ready to go. Our guests are still telling us what an excellent choice that was to have them cater. We would highly recommend them for catering your next event or your wedding as this team was on it every step of the way in terms of professionalism, Communication, and great Customer Service. We thoroughly enjoyed working with them and we also enjoyed our meal!!!
