  Alex was amazing today! I placed an online order for two sandwiches and one of them was messed up by another worker. I had my friend go back in and ask them to remake it. And he was so kind and apologetic about it and made it how it was supposed to be made. And he honestly is a great employee! He handled a crazy rush by himself and was left with morning dishes and still had a good attitude on everything! I 100% going and having him make you a sandwich. This guy should get a raise for the bs he had to put up with today and consistently!

  Every time ordering online they never get it right. Needs to make sure they read the orders better.

  Subway is subway but these employees really dont care about you or your food. No real interaction, lifeless, lackluster. Food is always a mess and never follow instructions even if its printed on a piece of paper from online order. Very frustrating. 9 times out of 10 they forget to put napkins in the bag. Todays incident cut my last straw after coming here for a year. I placed my order online in the parking lot. Nobody pulled up. I go inside after 12 minutes and shes just getting started. Theres no other online orders. No other customers in the store. I specifically wrote in a note on my online order " please put cheese on top of the meats. Add LOTS of black pepper please. Thank you" Didnt do either of my requests and i specifically requested extra of the following Spinach, Tomatos, Red onions, Olive oil, Black pepper. There was alittle of each. And basically no pepper It is stated 2 times on the recipt. The job is absolutely not hard. I know this from experience.

  So with the coronavirus restrictions there was no indoor seating but the subway was immaculate and we were so impressed with Trish. Not only did the sandwiches she made us look like they should be photographed for a subway ad but she told us about some of the specials that applied to us so that we could order in the most economical manner as well.Trish was super competent cheerful and thoughtful. When we got home everyone agreed it was the best subway sandwich we’ve ever had!
