  The cashier was not at fault! I'm extremely upset at the way things were handled when I went in the store today. I came to the store today it was greeted very kindly by your cashier. I believe her name was Stacey. I'm sure because I made sure to remember it because I was blown away by the management that was there. I came in to buy 20 large bags of ice and as the cashier was ringing it up in comes the management, I did not even catch his name, he decided to come over and say why are you putting those in, and we don't have any large bags of ice so idk why you would charge him... making it seem kind of rude. So then I was going to just get the small bags, he said, actually, you know before she rings anything else in, give me just a minute let me go back and check what we have. So he did, he came back out and he said, actually, we do have some in, we do have them in. The cashier put the order in for the bags of ice and then the management once again comes over and belittles her horribly in front of customers, he is asking her why did you even put that in there I told you we don't have large bags of ice. You don't know what you're doing, you shouldn't have done that now I have to do a refund, just laying into her and in front of people over and over and over again. There was no need for that. It was very disrespectful and you could tell that she was doing her job and not going to lie, I would have done the same thing because I thought the same thing when he came back out and said, actually we do have them. I thought he was talking about the large bags of ice. So I think someone needs to get on management and let them know that the way they talk to their employees in front of customers nonetheless is horrible disrespectful, and they shouldn't have that position. They should not be rewarded and have that position if they can't respect their co-workers. Thank you Stacy you did very well and I would definitely come back in for your help and for all of your hard work and patience today. I'm too old and don't have any left it seems like. Very disappointing to see a manager act that way.
