  Don't ever go through the drive thru past 9pm. They are rude and have very poor customer service. If you havnt been there in a long time I would suggest going during the day when the people are more polite. The little girl taking orders at night has a weird attitude and acts like she hates working there. Very short with responses and when asked a question the attitude tone in her voice made me not even order anything. This ruined my night considering I really enjoy their slushies and milk shakes. Definitely will NEVER go back at night. I hope the manager of this place needs to educate the night staff about the value of customer service in the food industry. Very disappointed.

  if i could give 0 stars i would!! the lady Venessa was so rude to me and my friend. all we asked for was for them to correct our drink, and she said no. so we were like fine we’ll call corporate and she said they don’t have one (yes they do!) so we sat down to eat and our food looked un eatable! so we just tossed it. worst experience ever!! DO BETTER SONIC AND FIRE PEOPLE LIKE THAT!!!!
