  I came here and ordered a couple of burgers and they literally forgot the burger part of the burger. I had to drive back from the orchards to get it fixed. A couple months went by and I gave them a second chance, came in and ordered an all american smasher and added bacon. According to the receipt they charged me for bacon, but no bacon. This has to be the most incompetent kitchen staff I ve ever seen. Never going to this place again. If you do, you better check that order carefully before you drive home because these people clearly can't do their job.

  The best fast food burger I have ever had. I got the double Smash burger American style. It was SO good.

  I stopped in tonight (8/16/26, about 8pm) - there was a mishap with my order (a simple cup of ice)…the manager/shift lead of the evening (blue hair and glasses-name was Brittany) she handled it PERFECTLY- and she needs some flowers or a coffee or something to give her some praise…you can tell she’s younger, and that the shift had been rough (I could tell she was worried/stressed about the situation/day), but nonetheless she remained calm, professional, and gave above and beyond customer service to correct the issue, she deserves her recognition

  I always have large orders because I have a family of 9 and they are always so kind and fast.
