- LMLogan MatsonJun 3, 20265.0When I heard that there was going to be a Dutch Bros in Kuna I was so pumped to go there as soon as I could! I barely have gone to Dutch Bros because there hasn't been one close enough and I usually have just gone to Starbucks because me and my fam were most familiar with them. But now that my mom and the rest of fam has gone there we all have figured out our drink orders. The food overall has been good their have been some mistakes, for example my brother ordered the Mango Nada lemonade and customized it, but when he got the drink it wasn't one bit the way he ordered it was just the regular Mango Nada lemonade. The service is great we usually just place a call ahead order since we have the app, which makes it convenient to just pull up and get our drinks without waiting in long lines just to order. The atmosphere is pretty chill with friendly staff and upbeat music but it's always windy for some reason! Haha LOL! I recommend Dutch Bros if you want a cold, energizing drink during the summer but there are also many other good drink options in Kuna.

We’ve decided to focus on what we do best - serving up awesome drinks, creating genuine connections at the window and giving back to our communities! That means we’re stepping away from offering DutchWear to our customers. You’ll still be able to buy coffee and drinkware on our website, which may occasionally offer a few surprises!
Can I buy stickers?
We’re not selling stickers anymore! Stop by your local shop the first Wednesday of every month for a Sticker Drop! You can now also earn App Stickers through the Dutch Bros app! Download to see which stickers are available to you!
Can I print a digital gift card and give it as a gift?
We recommend purchasing our IRL Gift Cards if you want to give something physical!
How do I earn points?
It’s easy! Collect 3 points for each dollar you spend at a shop, and there’s no limit to how many you can earn!
Can I still get points if I forgot my phone?
We hate when that happens! If you ever forget your phone, just give your broista your phone number, and you’ll earn the points. Unfortunately, we won't be able to issue points for past purchases unless you snag a receipt and email it to us.
Can I customize my drink?
Yes, our broistas are always happy to make any drink the way you’d like!
Can I place my drink order over the phone?
We aren’t able to take drink orders over the phone, but we’re excited to serve you! Don’t let our long lines fool you - we'll get your favorite drink to you as quickly as possible!
Can I apply more than once?
You can only apply once to each location! To follow up on an application, please swing by and check in with your local broistas!
Can I still customize my drink through Order Ahead?
We'd love to customize your drink the way you want, so you can definitely make your usual customizations when ordering ahead! If you have a particularly creative order, or enjoy a cold pour, we recommend ordering your drink at the shop so your broista can get it just right.
