  Sitting in line on Mother’s Day for 45 minutes. Where was the prep? Not a single barista outside taking orders, ITS MOTHERS DAY AND YOU DIDNT PLAN ACCORDINGLY?? Wonder how many peoples day is messed up because of your lack of readiness for the most obvious busy day ever? Absolutely ridiculous.

  Hands down the worst dutch bros in the treasure valley. They make you wait 20+ minutes for an order ahead, so they can serve all the disrespectful and rude children on their lunch breaks and then blame you for the fact your coffee took so long to make. You should probably tell your young employees to get some respect for their customers. I will continue to be driving to the ten mile location cause this place and their drinks are horrible

  Drinks were alright, but service was disrespectful. I pulled up to the window, the window was closed. The girl with ginger/red hair opened the window, smiled and said “hi-”, then looked at me, and turned around and said “yeah I’m not taking this one”. Then somebody else, a friendlier gentleman, took my order. This was very rude and disrespectful. If you’re going to say that, at least close the window first. I didn’t even know her so I’m not sure why she did that.

  I went the other day and they were fantastic! I got through quickly, so I'm not sure when people are having super long wait times. But they are new and figuring it out. Everyone in Kuna is bombarding them! I can only imagine the stress. Already giving bad reviews is just mean. They made my extra complicated drink perfectly, were all very sweet and so excited when I told them how great they did. I'll be going back, everyone else needs to give them a chance to get in rhythm!!

  Worst latte I ever had. This franchise is inconsistent in how they make your drink. Despite ordering the same drink, it tastes completely different each time, pending on who makes it, or which location you go to. I used to love their caramel latte. It used to have caramel sauce in it. The past 3 times I ordered it there was no caramel in it. This time I asked for extra caramel hoping they would get it right. I got a strong coffee with milk in it. No trace of caramel. I am not sure if they changed their recipe from 10+ years ago or if it's just the inconsistencies of their training, and the staff doesn't care. Service is good & the staff is friendly. Its just a shame you can't get your favorite drink to taste the same each time you order it, especially for the price charged. Probably won't ever go back. It was better when it was individually owned vs franchised.
