    Waited 15 minutes. 4 cars in line. Finally sent someone out to take orders. Worse Dutch Bros ever.

    I go to Dutch, a lot. This is the slowest location I’ve ever been to. One trip was 20 minutes in line, only to receive our drinks that weren’t the right size and not made as ordered. I love Dutch, but this location the last 4 visits have been painfully slow. Even the gal taking our order in line said, “I don’t know why either, but it’s always slow.” As I write this, likely my last to this location, the line hasn’t moved in 6 minutes. The owner needs to evaluate something, as it’s not the standard we’ve grown accustomed to nor Dutch corporate I’m sure.

    I would love to give a 5 star rating for this location but unfortunately the only complaint I have about this location is how slow they are. Im not taking about long lines for the drive through im talking about how it takes forever for one person to get their coffee. Ive been sitting in the drive thru for over 20 minutes now with short line of cars coming through. The people are amazing as always but dang this location takes wayyyyy to long. I usually just go to the one off meridian road and overland just because they are faster.

    Good people working in a stressful environment and still manage to do things in a timely manner and staff especially cadence seems to bring a smile to most of the faces I see around

    Horrible. I have a regular drink that’s been around for a long time but it’s not supper common, it’s the Wookie spice. I ordered it iced and they mistakenly made it hot and when I said it was supposed to be iced they responded with “it’s usually a hot drink” I’ve been getting it iced for years. Instead of making a new one they just dumped it over ice. Recipe was completely wrong. Iced Wookie spice doesn’t have white foam in it (assuming it’s milk) if you don’t know the recipe simple call another location to ensure you’re serving your customers correctly. Take a little pride in your work. Won’t return to kuna location. Now I’ll be stopping at meridian to have them remake it.
