  So I ordered the 5 piece Chicken Strips and 2 of the "strips" looked more like nuggets. So I got 3 strips and 2 nuggets. Come on Arby's, do better. 🫩 From the Arby's in Kuna, ID.

  Had a great experience at Arby’s today. In the past it’s been marginally mediocre. But today the food was fresh and tasty, the restaurant was clean and comfortable and the staff was very accommodating. Hopefully it’s a permanent condition going forward.

  I had a very disappointing experience at this Arby's. The manager was extremely rude and had a negative attitude throughout the interaction, which made us feel unwelcome. On top of that, we waited about 15 minutes in the drive-thru even though there were only three cars ahead of us. I understand that delays can happen, but good customer service goes a long way, and unfortunately that wasn't the case here. I hope management addresses both the customer service and the long wait times so future customers have a better experience.

  Paid 13 dollars for a chicken sandwich combo. The chicken was cold all the way through, the bacon was cold as well. The fries were old and stale. Terrible food, manager acted like she didn't even care. You would think these people could take just a little pride in their job, but they don't. Won't be back.
