  The chicken in the chalupa was not fresh at all. It was chewy. However the rest of the order was great. Online order was ready right on time. Clean store when we grabbed our food.

  Foods great. Service was peak in 2018-2019 for some reason. Now it's just filled with kids running the show

  I ordered 2 cheesy bean and rice burritos. I'm Jewish, I don't eat meat. Leviticus 17:10 (Torah). The first burrito I was served has meat stuck to it and the second one in the bag had a hair inside of the burrito wrapper. The stations where the food is prepared are dirty and need to be maintained and stay clean. The staff did replace both burritos however I'm fairly certain the people that work here think it's funny because the staff member I told that the burritos were an issue to seemed to think it was funny. It's not. I have religious freedoms. When I showed him the hair in the wrapper he said that it must be a spice packet seasoning and I made sure he could see the hair and he was like, oh, that hair. He didn't seem like he took finding hair in food served at the location as a serious issue. In fact, it actually appeared he thought it was a joke. I personally study in the library of Congress in Raleigh, North Carolina. Food safety is incredibly important. It's a shame the staff here doesn't take their jobs more seriously. I study the Torah as well as grays anatomy and United States states Code. As a Jew I am not supposed to eat meat that has blood in it. In the United States the blood is not removed from meat, it's cooked with the flesh. I can't eat that. There's also the issue of hair being found within the wrapper of the food. The food prep area needs to be cleaned and maintained.

  By far the best service from a fast food sit down takeout place in my life . I walked in had a concern and it was not even thought about just taken care of immediately with a smile, it was almost unreal. I spent 11 1/2 years in the military and was stationed in several different states and have done a couple of tours overseas. Nobody ever has come close to the treatment that the manager at the Jerome Idaho location . Clovesia is her name and she is a star in the works . When i was managing a big dealership or anything i was always on the lookout for this kind of talent . Great Talent is hard to come by and Clocesia has it . everywhere I go i look for it to add to my team , If i was still managing there would be no doubt in my mind that she would have a job with me.Very professional Thank you for reading this and have a wonderful day
