  Why spend so much money on a remodel, including the ordering kiosks if you aren't going to use one of them? Annoying same problem outside as before.

  I came in and ordered food and was missing half of it and the other half was wrong and honestly looked disgusting. a kid that said his name was Alex said he’s the manager and he was the rudest, most unprofessional “manager” I’ve ever seen. He told me he would fix the problem, but had the worst attitude. Rolling his eyes, sighing, all the works. When I finally got my food almost 45 minutes later it was still wrong and when I said something to him again he said they made it perfectly and I don’t know what I’m talking about. I just left with my messed up food because I would rather take the loss than deal with such an insufferable human again.

  I had gone thru the drive through and had ordered food. The bill was coincidentally $69 and the entire staff started making jokes and laughing about the meme fact of it being "69". In my opinion it was the most childish staff I have ever seen. Then we got home with our food and found our order messed up in multiple ways, 1. We order the chicken ranch nachos fries as regular no spice (it had jalapeños in it). 2. The dorito loco taco we ordered had sour cream in between the shell and the sheath it comes in, not inside the damn taco. 3. We where charged for extra sour cream when clearly stated that we didnt want extra.

  Saturday, 3:00 p.m. 35 minutes to get three tacos. Are you kidding me? This place is filthy dirty inside and outside. The employees won't even look at. You won't hand you a cup after you've ordered at the kiosk. Never going back

  I eat a plantbased diet and was so excited to learn that Taco Bell is willing to accommodate. On this day I enjoyed my first ever Crunchwrap with black beans, potatoes, pico, guacamole, lettuce, onions, and red sauce, as well as a Chalupa with the same filling, and both were delicious! The food was made fresh and was ready super fast! But the best part of my experience was the outstanding service I received from the Manager Christian and his team. I felt like a VIP at this location, and I did not feel judged for my "specific" way of eating. I am so thankful for the friendly and kind team at this Taco Bell. I had a long day and seeing their smiling faces and being treated so well truly means the world to me!
