We ordered dinner here tonight off the mobile app. We waited quite awhile for our food even though they weren't really busy. We got our bags and our chips and nachos cheese were thrown in the bag upside down. I ordered one of the enchiritos and it barely had anything on it and was sloppy cold and gross! I ordered the new churros and they were so stale I could hardly bite into them. This was such a disgusting and disappointing visit!!

There is a reason this Taco Bell has 2.5 while others have 3.5
I have been to this location twice and both times were just a sad time.
The first time I had a missing item. The second time I have missing add fiesta strips.
Both times the food was in general just colder and sloppier than the average Taco Bell experience.
I still ate the food and it was chill, but there is no reason to ever choose this Taco Bell when there are other locations.
It was pretty slow when we got there but as we were leaving a group of about 12 walked in and the cashier literally put his face in his hands and said loud enough for all to hear “well here we go” in an annoyed tone. The photo is my missing fiesta strips :(

Was an awesome experience, crew workers were chill and fun to interact with. Unfortunately the was one down side, when I was getting ready to leaving an unfortunate circumstance were and power hungry manager was abusing her power and yelling at crew workers. This was not a great site to see especially still being a teenager and being loudly accused in my own workplace. I know this puts more stress on crew members than solving the issue altogether. It’s times like these when teenagers need more uplifting and useful advice. I would like to thank Taylor Smith for her awesome service and wish her a blessed day #mangermisty #crewmembertaylor

I would give this place zero stars if I could. The staff here are remarkably rude and miserable. I pulled up with two separate mobile orders for the same car—a simple transaction that every other fast-food chain on the planet handles daily without issue. Instead of just doing their jobs, they flat-out refused to process both orders, inventing some completely arbitrary rule for no logical reason other than sheer laziness.
To make matters worse, the woman handling the window looked incredibly unhygienic and unprofessional. She looked like she hadn’t showered in days, let alone belonged in a workplace handling public food. The complete lack of customer service, combined with the filthy presentation of the staff, is completely unacceptable. If you want to be treated like garbage by people who can't handle basic tasks, this is the place for you. Avoid this location at all costs.
May as well have served me cat food and on top of that I got food poisoning!
I ate there after work and within 30 minutes from eating I got sick. The whole experience was awful. I ordered a crunch wrap supreme through the drive through and the person taking my order sounded so garbled that we couldn't understand each other. He just started rambling things off the menu asking me if I would like them. I assumed to upsell. I said no and he added things to my order anyway. I finally got upset enough to just pay the extra money knowing I would never come back to be scammed again. I got my food and the "steak" they put in my crunch wrap supreme looked and tasted so absolutely disgusting that I am still literally gagging thinking about it days later. Part of it looked like real meat and part of it looked extruded, but it literally looked and smelled like cat food. Part of me still wonders if it wasn't actual cat food they put inside of it because there should be no way a place that gross could stay open.
Got food poisoning!
Got scammed!
Never going back!
I will now forever shudder at the idea of anyone eating at this place. So gross that the word gross doesn't even do it justice!
