Again, the food is worth it if you (literally) have 15-30 minutes minimum to wait for it. Panera, please do something about this. I suspect the only reason you aren’t killing it is that it takes too long to get food.

I had a new chicken asiago bagel sandwich, and I kid you not, it was the best sandwich I have had in years. My kids made fun of me for how much I enjoyed each bite. The restaurant was clean and comfy. I gave the service only 4 out of 5 stars but that's mostly because we didn't really interact with them much since we ordered on a kiosk and then later grabbed our food. Everything we ordered was fabulous.

Weird experience
