- ARAudie RitaAug 21, 20261.0took my wife out for a dinner. she wanted a good ribeye instead what we got was two slabs of meat that made us feel like we were chewing on a tire. they claim that this ribeye would be marbleized and it had no marbleization just chunks of meat on a plate. very difficult to chew was the worst I have ever had Outback should be ashamed of themselves to serve meat like that. if you want a good steak, think twice before you go to outback. on the upside, the coconut shrimp appetizer which we were able to eat was very good. I don't know where they ordered their meat from, but they should rethink what they're doing and to the manager. if you serve food like that, you shouldn't be managing a restaurant

We were never offered a re-fill on our drinks. Chicken was very tasty!! The burger was not very good at all. The waitress that we had was really nice. Unfortunately she was being ran ragged with only one other waitresse to help. Hopefully this place isant on its way OUT of business???

I think it must be going downhill, or this location is just really bad. I will say the service was good and our server was doing her best! The drinks were good too. The ill-prepared Sysco food is the problem. My sister ordered a salmon, and it was actually raw! I’m not overexaggerating when I say it was fully inedible. I ordered a medium-rare filet, and it was cooked extremely well-done. The creamed corn was grainy, weirdly sweet and disgusting. Also, the restaurant smelled like sewage.

My family and I have always loved Outback, and making it our final stop on the last day of our vacation has been a tradition for years. Unfortunately, our recent visit during a trip to three different national parks was ruined by appalling service, poor food quality, and unacceptable discriminatory treatment. Despite the restaurant not being full, the hostess seemed completely unsure of where to seat us and had to consult other staff members. We were ultimately led to the absolute farthest table tucked away in a remote corner next to the restrooms. Initially we didn’t notice because we were simply enjoying our family time, but they forgot about us since the beginning, it took long attend us taking drinks order, taking the order and to bring the food, so the situation quickly became clear. we looked around, we realized that every other customer was seated on the opposite side of the restaurant, while our family had essentially been segregated in the back corner. Our server only reappeared to drop off the check. After waiting an extended period to pay at the table, we had to walk to the front ourselves and hunt down an employee just to settle our bill. We paid because we are honest people, though the service certainly made us consider leaving. Naturally, we left no tip. The food was just as disappointing as the service: One of our side dishes was wrong (mashed potatoes were replaced with broccoli without notice). The meat was improperly cooked and had an off, unpleasant taste, also broccoli was going bad.
