  Easily my favorite McDonald's. Ive never had an issue here after regular orders, all the staff has been professional and friendly. You can tell that the management here cares about a good environment and quality service. 10/10 good job guys

  I am not one that normally leaves bad reviews, but now this has happened to my family & I twice. We always try and do a pick up order so we can get our food without the kids upset waiting in line. The past two times we have done a pick up, we have waited over 30+ mins for our food to be brought out, if we had a huge order I would understand but waiting for half an hour for 4 things is ridiculous. Not only, but the ATTITUDE of the workers here is ridiculous! After having a bad experience from picking up at curb side we tried the drive through, the guy working got snappy at us, because we misunderstood when he barked out a sentence before we were fully stopped at the speaker. Like I said before we have young kids, so we normally stop here because it’s closer to the house, and a lot of time the kids love to play. But I will, not be coming back to this location, I am very disappointed with how this location is turning to be. Hopefully there will be some changes, I’ve worked fast food so I understand that there is times when you get busy and packed but there was no need for the WORKERS to get snappy at us in front of our CHILDREN!

  Yunno left these guys 5 str review a little while ago and apparently that good day was just a fluke. The last 2 times we have came here the staff is rude as hell. Attitude and disrespectful. Worst McDonald’s in idahofalls.
