  I went in with my family and while we ordering my dad order a #11. He asked for no tomatoes or onions on his sandwich. The #11 doesn’t come with onions but the guy taking out order put it on there. The manager in front of everyone including us as customers, yelled at him and told him that that doesn’t come with onions. The young man that was taking our order apologized for what happened. You could tell this upset him but he continued doing his job like nothing happened. We got done ordering and before he could put the receipt up so they could make our order the manager ripped the receipt out of his hands. How the young man handled the situation was amazing but the manager shouldn’t be doing that in front of customers. This happening made our whole family pretty irritated and ruined our lunch.

  My sandwich was good and it was made how I wanted it except for the hair that I found when I was halfway through it. DISGUSTING.

  This is the first location here in idaho falls and has a little bit of nostalgia. So I took some pics, and I better share what I ordered. Gyro!!! And some ham Sammy’s. Love the drinks and chips are just a good deal.

  Jimmy John's use to be the place. But it seems the meat gets sliced thinner and thinner each time. It is literally see through at this point. Even double meat does not give you a full sandwich. I understand thinner makes you more money but the quality is just terrible now. Sad.

  terrible place to take your family if you want to be comfortable, there are workers there who just want to be there to stare at kids.
