- AAAmandaJun 20, 20262.0I have sever food allergies. When asking for the book Gracie was extremely rude to me. I have to be extremely careful with what is put into anything I eat. I was told the protein drink was safe, I have found one very expensive protein powder I can have. When I told her it was not safe Gracie got defensive and rude. I have been to other locations and have never been treated like I was here.

The girl handed us our two full drinks through the window, one leaking a little, provided no napkins, and then asked for a tip. Fortunately we had some spare napkins in the car to clean them up. But what really warrants the low rating (other than the audacity of asking for a tip when providing absolutely no sort of service above the bare minimum required) was that the fruit in my smoothie was hardly blended at all and really needed to be eaten with a spoon. The pieces were way too large to fit through the straw. I dont order these these things and was told this was not how it was supposed to be made. At least it tasted okay, but I would look for a different smoothie company, and certainly not return to this location if I was considering Jamba again.
