I come here all the time, and have for years. Lately I feel that their vibe is off when interacting with me when im there for like 2 minutes to pick up my drink that I order ahead. I know the pick up time is an estimate but like I wait 5 minutes after the estimate time. And when I walk up to the window I wait so long for even someone to talk to me. Today I was there at 6:02pm for my order ahead and I didnt get it until 6:08 and nobody talked to me. They couldve been like Hey youre drink is still being made??? And on top of that I think they PURPOSELY put a hole in the bottom so it'd leak. Because she handled it alot before handing it to me.

This scratched my craving for a snowcone at 6pm on a Sunday, so a star for that. But the barista asked if I “wanted my change back” when I paid with a twenty on a $13 order. Which may have made sense but she asked me as I was putting $3 in her tip jar. I even clarified “wait, did you ask if I wanted my change back?” And she said yes. That she “assumed I probably did” ??? Who tips $10 on $13 order? Maybe I’m in the wrong for assuming $3 was a generous enough tip as is. I’ve spent years in customer service jobs where tips are welcome, and Im not anti tipping. It didn’t make me feel very inclined to return as I don’t like being made to feel like I’m tipping inappropriately.
