My wife and I arrived when there was only three people in line. The card reader went down and we waited in line for 30 minutes with our food sitting on the counter getting cold as they tried to fix the card reader. The manager didn't bother to step in and comp the meal that was sitting on the counter for half an hour. There was at least a dozen other meals from other customers sitting on the counter getting cold while we stood for 30 minutes.

The problem with large businesses like chipotle is that when items run out common sense flies out the window often due to red tape. They were out of tortillas which I can kind of understand needing a specific tortilla because of how tight they can be rolled and needing a specific size however, they also said that they would be out of lettuce for several days waiting for a shipment. It's lettuce, there's nothing too unique about lettuce. Most other businesses would simply go to chef supply stores, Walmart or any other grocery store and buy some lettuce.

I thought the food was absolutely delicious and so fresh! With so many employees, this place works like a machine. They work so hard to achieve the best and I was genuinely surprised that I enjoyed everything. I've been to other Chipotle restaurants before. I tried the carnitas burrito bowl, the honey chipotle chicken burrito bowl, and the guacamole. While I gave all five stars to the sub-topics, I gave this establishment 4 stars overall. My code for signing up for the app, allowed me to receive chips + guac (~$6.00) for free. The code did not work which was disappointing but I paid anyway, only to find out I did not receive my chips but did get the guac. The online app also only takes Google Pay which makes it inconvenient at times. It is also pretty expensive when we have other competitors at lower prices with the same quality/offerings.

No signs stating that there’s not a drive-through you have multiple people waiting in a drive-through and there’s a sign that says drive-through but there’s no drive-through waited 30 minutes just to go up to the window to find out that it’s not a drive-through so I went inside after the 30 minutes. Manager was pretty rude. Didn’t really seem apologetic about the situation and blamed it on the construction one would think after waiting 30 minutes, you would at least be a little bit apologetic, but she wasn’t then I went inside to grab my food took me less than 10 minutes compared to the 30 minutes that I waited as other multiple people were waiting in line thinking that they’re going to a drive-through when they’re not home to look at my food. The tortilla was barely even cooked so it was rubbery. There was hair in my food, which made me wanna gag, but at that point, I spent all that time waiting for this food I’m gonna try and eat it. Definitely not the best experience. I think I’d rather go to Rexburg.

Meh. Decided to give this place a shot. The inside was nice and clean. My online order took a little longer than expected, but whatever. The biggest issue was the tortilla. At first I thought I hadn't fully taken the wrapper off before I bit into it. It had this weird wet paper/gummy texture and was difficult to separate and chew. Other than that, everything tasted fine. Not bad, not great. Honestly, it tasted like a Maverik burrito with a worse tortilla. Would I go back? Probably not. Maybe if I was with somebody who really wanted to go there, but I wouldn't go out of my way for it.
