I've always wanted to try Chipotle and was hopeful it was good. But it was so so bad. The Adobe Chicken had some hard cartlidge piece in the chicken. And the Steak was chewy and not easy to eat with no flavor 🤢 in the Steak 😞 Burrito. I love this kind of food normally..It was so bad. Do not go here. I'd rather they raise the prices by $1/$2 and use better quality Chicken and Steak then endure this again. I worked as a sales rep for Food company. So I've seen it all.

Chipotle is usually my go to when traveling through the US.
This chipotle was very disappointing. The guacamole was brown and seemed to be missing some flavor. The red hot sauce definitely was missing the heat and spice-tasted like tomato sauce with alittle seasoning.
The food order area was messy and had to ask for the employee to change her gloves bc she has food all over them.
My to go bowl had food stuck to the outside.
Chipotle isn’t what it used to be. Lately it has been very disappointing. Won’t go again.

I gave this Chipotle a pretty rough review during opening week and tried to give them the benefit of the doubt. New restaurant, new staff, big crowds — sometimes it takes a little time to find the rhythm.
Well, it’s been about two months, and unfortunately this band still sounds like it’s stuck in rehearsal.
The steak continues to be the biggest problem. Too much gristle, very chewy, and frankly just not very good. When I order steak, I shouldn’t have to spend half the meal deciding which pieces are actually edible.
The chips are another disappointment. They consistently lack the salt and lime seasoning that makes Chipotle chips taste like…Chipotle chips. These taste like someone opened the bag before the seasoning crew showed up for work.
I was hoping the opening-week problems were just growing pains, but two months later the performance really hasn’t improved. Right now this location feels less like Journey at its peak and more like a tribute band playing the county fair — you recognize what they’re trying to do, but it’s just not quite the same.
I like Chipotle and would genuinely like this location to succeed. But at this point, the food quality needs to improve significantly, particularly the steak and the basic execution of items like the chips.

Instructions said to pick up inside at the shelf by 12:20 PM. Nothing was on the shelf, so we waited patiently for 10 minutes while others were also waiting for pickup orders. Asked the lady at the counter, and she said they were just really backed up. Waited another 20 minutes and finally walked out. Decided to drive to the window, and they had the order there. No communication between the front and back. Who knows how long our order had been ready getting cold. Two burrito bowls had no guacamole even though we paid for it. Tried to go one other time before this incident, and the line was wrapped clear around the building. Every table was disgusting. We walked out. Won’t be returning to this location!
This was my first time ordering from this recently opened location. I ordered through the Chipotle app for in-store pickup. The ordering process was easy, there was no wait when I arrived, and the cashier was great. She was friendly, casual, welcoming, and had a genuinely good personality. The in-store customer service itself was one of the best parts of the experience.
The restaurant was extremely loud, though, with the music blasting so loudly that people had to nearly yell to communicate.
I gave my name and received a sealed bag labeled with my name. After driving about 11 minutes home, I opened it and found a completely different DoorDash customer’s order inside. The name was not even close to mine, and the food was completely different from what I ordered.
I tried using Pepper several times, but it kept giving me an SQL error. The app did not list a phone number, so I had to Google it. The automated phone system could not help and disconnected me. I called again and repeatedly asked for a manager until I was finally connected to a representative who helped.
I then had to make another 11-minute trip back to the restaurant. They took the incorrect order back without explaining that it would be discarded. I understand they can physically accept it, but from a customer perspective, staff should clearly say that food which has left the restaurant will be thrown away and not put back into circulation.
I received my correct order in another sealed bag, but it did not seem freshly made. The rice was hard, and the overall quality made it feel like the order had been sitting while I drove home and back.
The pickup was fast and the cashier’s customer service was excellent, but the order mix-up, failed support process, roughly 22 minutes of extra driving, and disappointing replacement food made the overall experience frustrating.
Recommendation to Customers: Open your order while you are there to make sure its your order and made to your standards (within reason)
Recommendation to Chipotle: Fix Pepper, Lower the music an octave, Allow the Customer to reach the store when requested, communicate what is happening with returned items. When an order mistake requires the customer to make a second trip, consider offering a small courtesy item or future credit to acknowledge the inconvenience—not just correcting the original order.
The representative did issue a refund, and the store apologized and remade my order. I appreciate that, but I still had to spend more than 30 minutes correcting an $18 pickup order, and the replacement food did not seem fresh. The cashier was excellent, but the overall experience still felt like a one-star visit.
