- JSJennifer StuartJun 7, 20264.0Every time my family and I visit Baskin-Robbins, it's a joyful experience. The staff are always warm, friendly, and welcoming. We especially love seeing the owner behind the counter helping customers. His dedication and work ethic are inspiring—I only hope I'm that active and involved when I reach his age! My only real concern is something I probably wouldn't have noticed had I not worked in an ice cream shop myself. Occasionally, I've seen employees scoop ice cream with a finger resting on the back of the scoop, which can sometimes come into contact with the ice cream. Ideally, hands should stay on the handle to avoid any possibility of fingers touching the product. That said, this is not a common occurrence. When it does happen, the employee usually corrects their grip immediately or even grabs a clean scoop, which I greatly appreciate. I understand why it happens—having a finger behind the scoop can provide extra leverage and make scooping easier—but customers naturally expect a little extra attention to food handling practices. The only other challenge is the seating area. It often feels crowded, and the tables and chairs can make the lobby feel a bit cluttered. However, the building itself isn't very large, and I genuinely think they're making the best use of the space they have available. Overall, this is still one of our family's favorite places to visit for a treat. The friendly atmosphere, great service, and community feel keep us coming back again and again.

If you want to go to an ice cream shop in IF, Reed’s Dairy is similarly priced but serves good portions. Better value.

How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
