  Went through the drive thru last night. Got 5 meals & desserts. The person working the drive thru struggled with the order. No big deal. Somehow got charged for an extra sandwich. We got refunded on that no problem. When we got our food though, everything was cold. Everyone was starving so we ate it anyways. Big mistake. Several of us are sick today. I tried the link posted from previous reviews but they’re not taking feedback right now. Called the store, the manager offered to remake the food, but we will not be eating at any Arby’s again for a long time. Either the food wasn’t heated properly or there must be a sanitation issue within the staff. Just read a previous review about the plunger incident. Definitely wasn’t worth the $80 we paid & will not be back.

  I had their limited time only French Dip Royale, which was really good. It comes with caramelized onions and garlic aioli. The au jus was nice, thick and beefy flavored. I also had my all-time favorite, the Buffalo Chicken Slider, which is always a crunchy and flavorful delight. On this visit I added a jamoka shake, which was cool and creamy as always. I wanted to try the limited time Orange Cream Shake but they were out of the mix. The service here is always great at this location because the same people have been working here for about 10 years,so they really know what they're doing. The atmosphere on the inside is always pretty quiet, decent amount of seats available and it's usually not too rambunctious. Sometimes people will bring their kids, who can get a little noisy. That's fine by me, they are just enjoying the food like I am. Most of the time it's very quiet in Arby's dining room. They play cool songs through the overhead piped in music. This is one of my favorite places in town.

  For being such a busy location, I've never had an incorrect order. The food is always fresh and delicious. The price is a little high compared to most of my other fast food frequents, but it's worth every penny.

  The chicken sandwich, fries, and strawberry lemonade was great! Fast service and everything was correct.

  This was their idea of a quarter pound chopped Brisket. The sandwich was small, disappointing and not worth the price.
