- CFC. F.Apr 27, 20262.0It's a nice store but the manager doesn't know what products he carries in his store. I asked that he carry two more products as he already has two products of the Green Valley lactose free products in this location and he made a comment that it sounded like product that Grocery Outlet carried. Green Valley is a new company and on their website it says to encourage stores to carry more of their products. I tried to see if they would carry the Green Valley Lactose free sliced pepper jack cheese and the Green Valley Lactose free butter. A great manager in the retail business would go above and beyond for the customers in his store especially when their store is the only store for customers to shop at in Homedale. They carry this cheese in the picture and a cream cheese. Maybe he ought to take a walk around his store to see the products he does have.

Everything was so nice, deli trays were very impressive but the customer service was the BEST part. Nobody knew it was for my mother’s memorial service. It made a difficult occasion such a simple process. Quality & Kindness from my mom’s childhood hometown Homedale Albertson’s.

What made the customer experience even worse, was it was during the lunch hour and one of the people behind the counter, got smart with me and told me "well, maybe you should have gotten here sooner." Wrong Answer to a customer to during the lunch hours (11:30-1:30)! Here, Homedale Albertsons is a pointer in great customer service... "Wow, yes your right, we are sorry about that. We can get some fresh ones out there, it will take about ten minutes.. so if you need to pick up some other stuff, we'll have it ready for you. By the way some Jo-Jo's with that?" But seriously you know that you have a healthy lunch crowd that comes in, how hard is it really to watch your stock?
