The light are all on and Doors were actually wide open, not even auto opening. I grabbed a cart started putting cold drinks into cart. Then after cule min a Lady approached me let's just say Qtip because she had green bleached out top side hair. She rudely says we are closed the doors are locked. I said look the doors are wide open. It was almost like she felt I gained entry. I said look first off if your closed you better make sure you shut yours doors and 2nd you don't need to be rude. I must say I'm avid shopper to safeway I also get my prescriptions from pharmacy at store on 4th Street Cda, Idaho. Im very sick and tired of let's just say the entitlement that customers is arriving at in today's times. I hate Walmart, I choose not to shop there. So I'd like to continue safeway although perhaps a change needs to happen. Employees need to realize who signs check at payday and take a college 101 on customer service... pull the stops humans or continue self destruction of our great companies....
