i waited 40 minutes past pick up time as the young blonde man in the back made it clear that my order was not a priority for a pick up for a customer. They “lost” the order and then only made half of it, then had to make the pizza again. . If he was kind it would have been no big deal but he was rude and dismissive. No reason for that. mistakes happen, but his attitude needs some work.

I ordered through door dash and they were out of an item on the order. The employees made generous accommodations. 5 stars for putting the customer first.

Much better now that it's under the new manager. The old manager, can't remember her name but she had brown hair with a blonde money stripe was awful and rude! For awhile our family stopped ordering from here because while she ran this store, the quality tanked and the customer service was awful. But it's definetly improved over the last few months

Kind of a petty review but actually terrible costumer service. I ordered a couple pizzas and wings to go which ended up being close to $50 (insanely priced) the wait was about 30 minutes after being told it’d be 15 & I was the only person in there. I asked for a cup of water while I waited, after tipping the guy I may add to just make a pizza, to which he responded “ya we don’t do that”. Not like the craziest thing of all time but like, dude really you can’t find a cup a give me some water. I’ve worked fast food and service and that is just lame. The last time we ordered in, they also forgot our order and when we came to pick it up the girls were just sitting on their phones. It’s really sad to see how terrible the food industry as a whole has become in our area. Just like no work ethic or decent customer service left. Should have just cooked at home and saved $50. Not impressed at all.
