- SWShayla Wolf4 days ago1.0Went through the drive thru, only car there and nobody inside. I ordered one sandwich and sat at the drive thru window for 12 minutes with no acknowledgment. I went inside and (nicely) said I’d been waiting in the drive-thru for 15 minutes and nobody came to the window so I thought I would check inside. The employee said “it hasn’t been 15 it’s been 7”. Photo shows the time I ordered and time I got back to my car with my sandwich. I’d understand if it was busy but it wasn’t, and the pick up order shelves were empty. Just bizarre
