  Sat at speaker for 5 minutes then sat at window for 2 more minutes before giving up. Lights were on and people were inside eating. This was at 530 pm. I guess they don't serve black folk. Had no issues at taco bell.

  Poorest food quality I’ve ever seen! Tried to call just to tell them to check the expiration date on their buns and no answer. I get it, stuff happens, missed items, cold food, incorrect order, but come on now…moldy bread. I love Arby’s but sadly I won’t be back. The service was great and the kid at the window was kind but this I can’t get behind. Do better!

  Horrible! Wife and I waited 55 minutes and never got our order! 6 walk in orders after us got their food, not us. We finally got our money refunded. They should have given us our order and our money back!

  My wife and I stop in here from time to time and the last two trips in the meal was wrong. We came in today and they had a customer at the counter. Finished with them they asked if we were ready and walked away before we could answer. She ordered the dip and Swiss meal I ordered the #1 double and two chicken sliders. Ended up with a #2 double. I typically get the same order as hers changes. The last trip before this one the two chicken sliders showed up as ham. So I’m thinking the drive to appleway will be in my future. If I continue to shop Arby’s.
