  My wife and I stop in here from time to time and the last two trips in the meal was wrong. We came in today and they had a customer at the counter. Finished with them they asked if we were ready and walked away before we could answer. She ordered the dip and Swiss meal I ordered the #1 double and two chicken sliders. Ended up with a #2 double. I typically get the same order as hers changes. The last trip before this one the two chicken sliders showed up as ham. So I’m thinking the drive to appleway will be in my future. If I continue to shop Arby’s.

  Stood at the counter for several minutes with zero acknowledgement that we even entered the store. So now across the parking lot having Killer Burger!

  Spent 45 minutes in the drive through line, and the service was slow and employees had bad attitudes. Good was good love we got it.

  Waited 3 minutes at the loud speaker with nobody coming to it, went around and 2 employees are just smoking weed behind the building. I go inside and wait a couple minutes and nobody even checks the front counter, the customer service here is horrible and you always get half warm food after they make you wait for “fresh”.
