  Ordered on the app and after 10 minutes I went through the drive thru. Was still parked and after a couple minutes I went inside to get my receipt only to see several bags sitting behind the counter. After another 5 minutes of standing at the counter I finally had to call to the back to get my receipt. Turns out one of the bags sitting behind the counter was my food. Got my receipt and food. The fries were half full and both the fries and the burger were cold. I called to complain and the first person hung up in me after I asked to speak to the manager. Called back and someone else answered and refused to give me the GMs name. Dinner crew can definitely take lessons from the morning who are always amazing.

  Had to wait just to get cups no employees could pay attention to the front counter. Food was correct fries weren't the hottest burger was warm

  I just got this double quarter pounder and the meat seemed hard as I was chewing. They left the paper stuck to the sides of the pattie.

  All of our orders were wrong. My boyfriend is allergic to cheese. And they put cheese on his sandwich. He went back to have it corrected and they put more cheese on his sandwhich. My sandwhich was supposed to be bacon and they gave me sausage

  How do you make a big Mac meal and put no meat in it? I ordered a number one they put the sauce, lettuce, cheese, pickles, and no meat. When I called to ask about it, I keep getting a fax number tone. They weren’t even busy lol! Oh well.
