Very frustrating experience due to incorrect business hours — and, frankly, very poor management. Yesterday, I planned my morning around this location because both the hours posted on the door and the information online said they open at 8:00 AM on Saturday. I waited until 8:00 AM specifically so I could get something to eat before continuing my trip. At 8:00 AM, the restaurant was still closed. I called the phone number listed here, and the gentleman who answered told me that the owner had changed the Saturday opening time to 9:00 AM TWO WEEKS AGO. So the owner had two weeks to update the hours — either online or at least on the sign posted on the door — and apparently couldn’t be bothered to do either. I wasted nearly two hours of my morning relying on the hours this business itself advertised, and eventually had to leave without food and continue my trip. This isn’t just an innocent scheduling mistake. If you change your business hours and leave incorrect information posted for weeks, you’re showing a complete lack of respect for your customers and their time. Terrible management. Customers shouldn’t have to guess whether the hours posted on your own front door are actually real.

The food quality has went down with subway over the years. The food often looks like it’s days old, they hardly put any meat or ingredients on. When adding lettuce they had two pales to choose from one looking fresh-ish and the other nasty brown looks like it had been in a fridge open for days. When I asked for lettuce out of the good one the guy looks right at me the proceeds to take a hand full of the old one.. needless to say it tasted like a stale item out of a fridge and ruined the whole sandwich… then he did the same thing when the person I was with, they asked for the fresh lettuce he again went for the old nasty stuff and then looked over at the other guy working and they both kind of chuckled… maybe they chuckled at something else but it sure seems like a very purposeful thing. And why do they (all subways) have garbage cans that say garbage on one side and recycle on the other yet they go into the same trash bag..? So they act like they recycle but really don’t… well unless it’s yesterdays lettuce then they do. Lol

The redhead dude with long hair made our sandwiches and didn’t bother cutting them and smushed our sandwiches until they were unrecognizable. One of the worst subways I have ever been to. They don’t change their gloves and don’t wear hairnets. Also not friendly

Last 2 times I have been here twice attempting to cut the bread they squish it and tear it apart into a small torn mess. The vegetables are slimy, lettuce is brown, and the tast is just horrible. They are in such a hurry that they just slap a mess together in front of you and expect you to pay for it and be happy. At an average cost of $12.00 a person for a processed, cold sandwich I would expect better quality and friendlier service. This Subway has gone down hill.
