    Dude 20 minutes waiting for a coffee and 4 cars that were behind us in another lane and 3 people walked up and got their coffee BEFORE US. Asked what the problem was and they actually blamed shift change LOL. Won't be going back unless we get another gift card. We even gave cash tip too. Drove away and took a drink- completely wrong. Such bs

    Nothing stood out with this location. Not a bad experience. Being asked to tip can make a customer feel pressured or obligated. That pressure will sour the experience. I am more inclined to tip when the customer service seems genuinely courteous.
