  I came through the drive thru yesterday 10/3 at 1230-1pm. The "new" employee taking orders was snarky and rude. Given I too have been new somewhere at least once im my life, I can understand his level of stress during busy lunch time. What i cannot understand is why the manager training him condones and feels it is appropriate to be rude and condescending torwards customers herself in response to valid concerns. As a leader, and especially one who trains and sets the example for others, one is expected to lead from the front and lead by example. Instead of doing that, this manager is teaching these new employees that responding to customer concerns with attitude and lack of empathy or professionalism is appropriate and acceptable behavior. It is CLEAR that she needs to be the one "trained" on how to maintain a positive disposition in the face of adversity. As This "manager " has absolutely zero buisness "setting an example for others", as it currently appears she does not have a clear and concise understanding of what leadership even means, or should look like. After this experience I decided against spending my money here as I refuse to support any establishment that prioritizes employee ego over guests concerns.

  We went to the Emmett idaho Sonic today. There was quite a line in the drive thru. Seemingly it took forever for orders to be taken once at the speaker. My husband ordered the #14 breakfast toaster with sausage. We paid at the windows and had to still wait another 5 minutes or so. Our total time in line was 25-30 minutes. After waiting My husband didn't get what he ordered...he got the bacon not sausage with no condiment just 2 slices of bacon and lettuce. It's always slow, but the service was really bad today.

  The prices fluctuate a LOT for this place. Why is the number 15 $6 one morning and the next $7.29 the next morning when nothing has changed? I was never given a receipt so I can't check what's so different, but it came off extremely sketchy to me. The bacon on any of the clubs is pathetic, you only get very tiny pieces that maybe last two bites and the rest of the sandwich is bare. The lettuce is rather sad, very brown and limp with no crunch to it. If you like your drinks to have value, ask for no ice or little ice because they do fill the cups to the top before adding your drink. Very disappointing.

  Seems like Sonic has gone down hill very fast. Constantly I'm missing food or getting the wrong food. Well this is the last straw. A black hotdog black chilli beans and pretty much no cheese. I'm not going back the quality of crap food is where I draw the line. When low quality food becomes lower and the price is still high for food you can't eat. You have lost me as a costumer.

  Always had great service here on my frequent stops by after work. Staff is always efficient and friendly, and Sydney has been stellar every time. There is always a smile on her face and she goes the extra mile regardless of what random request we have. Would recommend!
