  We came all the way from Midvale, idaho to have pizza factory because my husband absolutely loves it so we figured we would try this place out. As soon as we walked up to the counter, there was ants crowing on the counter and the lady took our order she was super nice she looked like she was very overwhelmed. I ended up getting a iced tea, and I walked over there to get the iced tea, and there was ants crawling over by the fountain also. What really made me angry is that there was a lady that came in must have been friends with the lady behind the counter, she started helping her clean the table when she was doing it, she was being very rude about the people that left and saying, I can't imagine what your house looked like and said it multiple times myself, as a waitress, I finally said something and told her that was unprofessional, and she replied, I do not work here, and I said, why are you here cleaning the tables because this is ruckus, she replied, she's helping her friend I said, then you need to keep all of that to yourself because that is unprofessional, and nobody needs to hear it. She kept her mouth running, so we went back and forth. At one point she told me and my husband to leave on the horse we rode on, and I told her she can exit, because i'm a paying customer, and she's not the lady continued. The only thing that really annoyed me is the lady that she was supposedly helping, did not say anything and did not ask her to exit instead, the lady's continued with a conversation extremely loud watch was unnecessary. Me personally, that lady should probably never go in there again because that was crazy. We probably will not go back. The food was okay, wasn't the best liked my husband said. August 2 2026

  We were helped by the older lady ( now the new owner,) and she was not very friendly, and I’m not sure she knows how to run a restaurant. I was in on Sunday and she snapped at me for making a light-hearted comment ‘this place is like a zoo’ and it was, only it wasn’t busy at all. The employees (kids) were busy on their phones and it was noisy with them yelling at each other and I felt pretty invisible even with the owner. It was almost like I walked in to a high school party. Which was not what my wife and I were looking for. We wanted a pizza, we weren’t in a rush, but the owner-lady seemed like she was …. We didn’t want to stay and feel like we were putting anyone out, so decided to go to IPC. The tried and true. They have kids working there, but at least they have the proper etiquette when it comes to customer service and proper attire. We won’t be going back to the factory.
