  It took 45 minutes to get my 2 item order and there was 3 other people who ordered after us and got there order.

  The manager was very rude and overreacted by smashing a drink on the ground simply because a high school track team wanted to stop for food. And the fry’s were stale and hollow. My sprite had no ice! Like who does that! And to make matters even worse, my friend’s McFlurry was completely unacceptable. It was very obvious that it hadn’t been mixed at all just a pile of Oreo crumbles dumped carelessly on top like it was an afterthought. I mean, you could literally scrape every single piece of Oreo off the top in one motion, and what was left underneath? Plain vanilla ice cream. That is not what anyone is paying for when they order a McFlurry. Seriously 6 dollars for vanilla ice cream!!! I’m just gonna get a soft serve at that point!!!! The whole point is that it’s supposed to be blended so the toppings are evenly distributed, not just sitting on top like some kind of garnish. It honestly felt lazy, rushed, and like the staff couldn’t be bothered to do the most basic part of their job. For a place that serves this item all day, every day, there’s really no excuse for getting something this simple so completely wrong. Experiences like this are exactly why people get frustrated and stop coming back. Not only was the food carelessly made but it took another friend 35-45 minutes for a single ice cream cone. They also would not call the customer numbers loud enough for the customers to hear so many people didn’t know their food was ready and it got cold. Next time i'll be going to arctic circle! P.S. no hard feelings just expected better. P.P.S Probably still come again if I get free food. P.P.P.S This was just our experience so still recommend on any other day.

  This is the slowest McDonald’s I’ve ever been too. Terrible performance. If you’re in a rush please go somewhere else

  I waited 45 minutes for two burgers, a small fry, and four nuggets and what did I get? Cold, pathetic excuses for food. The fries looked like they had survived a nuclear winter and were reheated to life by some sadist in the back. The burgers? Ice-cold, flavorless, and barely edible. This wasn’t a meal it was an insult. McDonald’s, if you want loyal customers, try serving food instead of punishment.

  Not the first time having issues here. Already reported to their feedback people. Ordered on app after long day of cleaning livestock structures and crap. Teenage boys sent in to grab food. I went in after 30 minutes without food. Boys told me customer was telling employee in back to stop cussing. I sat down and called my wife in. She slipped on ice cream and held herself up by trash can on the way in. It messed up her back and sciatic nerve. Days later and she is still struggling to sleep and sit. Burgers and nuggets came without fries after being there nearly a hour. Told fries were an issue. One drink was 2/3 full so it immediately went back. Fries came after burgers were gone and the fries weren’t right. They were extra crunchy like they had been fried twice. Don’t bother telling us you care and we can go to the attached link for feedback. Canned response and y’all appear to be putting in zero effort from last time I sent feedback.
